As many of you know, next year the Wisconsin Department of Transportation will be making changes to Highway 22 through the city of Gillett. Last year the city specified that the state will only build limited parking on one side of McKenzie Avenue. As you can see in the above image, the current plan only has a few spots next to city hall. We are currently attempting to work with the City of Gillett and State of Wisconsin DOT to remedy the situation.

While hopeful, we are very concerned about how this decision will impact our business and the community as a whole. Obviously your being able to access the building in a safe and convenient manner is of great importance to us.

How this issue is resolved, will have an impact on how we operate and what services we are able to offer you in the future. We are considering a number of options and will attempt to keep you apprised of changes in either the parking situation or changes in what Spirits is able to offer.

Anticipating the need to plan for these changes, we will be restricting our hours starting in November. We will offer more information in coming weeks.
